Section 3.  Fees for Use of this Website and Advice of Lawyer

After a Client has registered with LawyerAdviceNow.com, the Client will then be able to ask an online legal question upon selecting the appropriate State/Jurisdiction of the legal question and an appropriate bid to be decided by the Client.  Client agrees and acknowledges that by submitting their legal question or issue they are personally requesting online legal consultation with Don B. Bolt, a licensed Oklahoma attorney.  Client agrees and acknowledges that should their legal question or issue concern or arise from a jurisdiction other than Oklahoma, that they are personally requesting a referral, from Don B. Bolt, an Oklahoma licensed attorney, of their legal question or issue to an attorney licensed in the state from which the legal question or issue arises, pursuant to the terms herein.  Clients not residing in Oklahoma agree that their use of this website is not a result of targeted marketing or advertising by LawyerAdviceNow.com in Client's State and their use of this web site is solely as a result of a general search for online lawyer advice or other similar search via an internet search engine.  The minimum bid for online lawyer advice is $5.00.  The Client will then be taken to Pay Pal to complete the bid transaction.  A Pay Pal account is not required as Client may simply provide his/her credit card information on the Pay Pal page.  Once Client has completed the Pay Pal transaction Client will be redirected to LawyerAdviceNow.com and can then check their account for online legal advice to their online legal question or exit and wait for LawyerAdviceNow.com to email Client notice of online legal advice being posted by Lawyer. Client agrees that Client account may be deleted and cancelled if the Client account remains inactive for 30 days or more.

Section 4.1.  Amount of Client Bid Composed of Separate Charges and Fees on the Occurrence of Events

User agrees that by Client making a bid, submitting an online legal question and entering into the Pay Pal transaction that the amount of the bid may be composed of separate charges and fees on the occurrence of certain events.  Once the Pay Pal transaction has been completed, User agrees that the entire bid is solely that of an “ACCOUNT CHARGE” which shall be used by LawyerAdviceNow.com to maintain Client account.  User agrees that once a Client approves online legal advice that has been rendered by Lawyer the “ACCOUNT CHARGE” is then converted into two distinct fees.  These two distinct fees include a “FORUM FEE” and a “LAWYER FEE”.  User agrees that the “FORUM FEE” is paid to Don B. Bolt, a licensed attorney in Oklahoma and the owner of LawyerAdviceNow.com, as an attorney referral fee for his legal services rendered.    User agrees that the “LAWYER FEE” is paid to Lawyer for his online legal services rendered.   User agrees to this arrangement including that a division of fees will be made and the percentage each Lawyer is to receive based on Section 4.6 below.  Client agrees that the total fee charged, in the amount of Client bid, is not increased solely by reason of this provision for division of fees and is not unconscionable.  User agrees that the the total fee is reasonable and  that by agreeing to these Polices Terms & Conditions herein, at the time of joining LawyerAdviceNow.com,  that said agreement is in writing.  User acknowledges that while only one charge may appear on Client Pay Pal or credit card account, that the single amount that appears is composed of separate charges and fees on the occurrence of the events referenced above.

Special User Provisions to be applied solely based on Jurisdiction or State:

Florida:  Don B. Bolt and Lawyer agree that each assumes joint legal responsibility for the limited representation of client in providing online legal advice only and agree to be available for online consultation with the client.

Section 4.3.  Client Disapproval of Legal Advice Given by Lawyer

In the case that a Client disapproves online legal advice given by a Lawyer, the question will be reposted for other Lawyers to answer.  If online legal advice given by a Lawyer is disapproved, said Lawyer agrees not to engage in any attempt to answer the legal question of which legal advice has been disapproved.  A Client can only disapprove up to three Lawyer's online legal advice in reference to a single question.  Upon the disapproval of a third Lawyer's online legal advice to a single question, Client and Lawyer agree that the Client “ACCOUNT CHARGE” will be paid to LawyerAdviceNow.com as an expense for maintaining Client account with no “LAWYER FEE” or "FORUM FEE" being earned and is non-refundable.  Client further agrees that should advice to a single question be disapproved on three occassions that the single question will be locked and will not be open to further advice from Lawyer.

Section 4.4. Lawyer Duty to Respond and Right to Opt-Out

Client further agrees that said failure will result in the online legal question posted by Client being deleted from Client account and the deletion of Client account.

Section 4.6. Calculation of “LAWYER FEE”

User agrees that Lawyer will be compensated solely by Client, through Pay Pal, only when Client approves Lawyer online legal advice.  User agrees that the "LAWYER FEE" is computed at the time of Client approval of online legal advice based on the number of approved online legal questions to which are attributable to that Lawyer.  The “LAWYER FEE” shall be computed as follows:  1-10 online legal questions to which advice has been approved 20% of bid; 11-30 online legal questions to which advice has been approved 30% of bid; 31-50 online legal questions to which advice has been approved 40% of bid; 51 and over online legal questions to which advice has been approved 50% of bid.
